The partners of the SUNFLOWERS project consortium were proud to take part in the online event Battery2030+:🔌 Connect to Power Up!, held on October 16, 2025.

This inspiring session brought together European researchers, policymakers, and industry representatives to discuss the present and future of battery research in Europe. The spotlight was on national and regional R&D ecosystems from Hungary, Slovenia, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, showcasing innovation and collaboration across Central Europe.

Participation in this event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange insights on:

• national and regional R&D priorities,

• emerging technology trends,

• funding opportunities, and

• cross-border collaboration in the field of advanced batteries.

The SUNFLOWERS consortium was glad to contribute to the dialogue shaping the future of sustainable battery technologies in Europe.
